A dynamic and innovative leader with 22 years of residential and commercial real estate experience and 14 years of corporate management with a Fortune 500 company, he has a strong background in construction, both residential and commercial.
Danny's background includes management responsibilities in seven states, corporate negotiations, involvement with small businesses, and award winning sales.
Danny is a licensed Realtor who is recognized for four "Top 15" national awards, numerous top agent awards, and many local awards. His overall sales volume is approaching $200,000,000.
He is also experienced in working with federal government branches such as HUD and VA and other government sponsored enterprises such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as local municipalities.
He is also recognized for his work in the redevelopment of underprivileged neighborhoods.
Christopher Culberson

A hard working, dedicated, up-to-the-task individual, Christopher is the person who handles the inventories (business sales), oversees the construction services, and sets up the auctions.
With 14 years of inventory control & shipping experience handling small companies and large corporations, he can make any sale run smoothly. He also has a background in construction and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Christopher is experienced in working with all types of inventories for various businesses. He is very adept at taking any situation and organizing it while creating a satisfactory experience for the customer.
He is experienced in managing any type of construction job or repair. Whether it is a single family home, apartment, or commercial property, he can complete the project on schedule and within budget.
He is also experienced in leasing and property management.
Sherrie Moody
Office Manager
A uniquely organized individual with good communication skills, she is usually the first point of contact and the "Good Will Ambassador" for our customers.
Sherrie has 23 years of real estate sales experience. She also has a background in the insurance business and is a former high school teacher.
Her experience as part of a top ten nationally ranked real estate team and an organizer for one of the nation’s top-producing agents has provided Sherrie with the perfect background to keep our company on task.
Sherrie is exceptional in working with all types of individuals, small businesses, corporations, and government branches. She is also experienced in leasing.

A conscientious, detail-oriented individual with excellent financial management skills, Brenda has an 11 year track record in communications & banking. She is able to fully satisfy our customers’ monetary questions.
Brenda has a background of working with financial institutions, small businesses, and individuals. Along with her many duties, she also helps arrange financing for our auctions buyers.
Although she is not the face in the forefront of the company, she is the critical piece to customer satisfaction.
Brenda has won corporate awards in finance and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State University.
